I h.ave spent 4 hours trying to upload this video. As it didn’t work through Facebook, I went back to YouTube, and they only show the past 2 year. The one I wanted was 3 years ago today.
Then I checked my videos in my phone, found it, and tried to remove the one that didn’t work, and put the one I wanted it. Again no luck. I then went to OneDrive, and got the URL for it, and applied that to the post, still no video.
All I can say is sorry. It was me on the upside down Bosu ball, boxing, with squats in between. The annoying thing is I can hear me boxing in the background, from another page opened, but just doesn’t work on WordPress.
Technology can be such a trial at times

Have you tried re-uploading the video to YouTube as a semi private video with links shared only with people you select? That way it doesn’t get shown to you’re feed again. And then you embed that link in a post.
