As soon as we got back from the Covid-19 testing site yesterday, I looked for an intense workout on YouTube.
I found BodyCombat Invincible workout #14.
It is broken up in segments, with different instructors. All were fast, and strong. Yesterday I got through it. Today I killed it. Sweat was pouring off of me.
Last night I did 30 minutes of Zumba, and tonight I did the 4 minutes Total Abs workout.
Self isolating doesn’t mean you don’t get dressed, and lounge on the sofa, while watching the television. It’s a chance to continue feeling good, and doing what’s best for your body, and mind.
Yes!! 👏🏼 my workout is no or that strenuous but I get in atleast 60 mins a day for my heart health and muscle strength 🔥

You’re an inspiration Susie. Home workouts are great. I’ve been doing them for years. Far cheaper and more convenient than the gym. Wishing you well, AP2 🙏
