Today was all about strength.

My friend Phyllis was at the gym, and as she loves boxing too, we both worked out in the back room of the gym. She is an amazing lady, and gets as much pleasure out of it, as I do. Then my neighbor, who has been at the gym every day, since she came with me on Sunday showed up. She did stretching, and steps on the first step of the stairs.

When she was finished she came over to me, and asked about boxing, so I showed her the stance, and how to protect yourself. It’s great that so many women are now into this sport. I continued to beat the crap out of the bag, and felt like a million dollars.

We then went on the treadmill with weights, so I got my last 15 minutes of weight bearing exercises. It was a lovely morning working out.
