Last Saturday morning before we left for Treasure Island, there was no sound on the television.
When we got home today, I pulled up the details on Amazon, and found a phone number for the seller. I phoned them, and spent a long time giving them detailed information about our television. Finally she got me to the right place to reset it.
We then went back to the cable channels and had sound. I tried the apps and they worked too.
I may not have unpacked my case, but that can wait until tomorrow.
