This is from the 11th to the 17th October. It didn’t count my Saturday steps when I started walking on the beach, and as I was driving on Friday 17th, I only got a morning walk prior to leaving.
So I did over 2 and a half hours of walking each day, which included stretching, and shadow boxing in the water’s edge.
The days included a couple that went over 20,000 steps, and the Sunday when we had 4 hours of rain, and I only got on the beach for a couple of short walks.
You can tell how much I loved walking with the waves lapping over my feet, and the relaxing sound of the waves. It is perfection for me.

I ear 5 or 6 mini meals, with lots of protein in them.
