I have to admit that I need fat, and sugar in my Greek yogurts. That’s why I love the Cabot ones. I do go for 2% or 4% fat, and NOT the 10%, but honestly hate the Two Good ones.
This one has 2 grams of fat, and sugar, and 80 calories. I have the Vanilla today, but I did buy 4 of them, as they were B.O.G.O.F. which worked out to only 12 cents more than I pay for the more tastier ones. The only way I can eat them, is with a handful of my candied nuts. This small amount of sweetness if enough to make the yogurt edible.

Thankfully this is my last one, and I am finishing the final mouthful.
I know some will disagree, and that is fine. As my blood work this week showed perfect sugar, cholesterol, and triglycerides, I am taking my sugar in a dessert that I will enjoy.
