First time on WordPress today.

I usually have plenty of time before going to the gym to write my first post of the day. That didn’t happen, because hubby wanted me to create a birthday card for his son in law. Then my financial guy’s secretary phoned me as they had missed something off of a document we signed a couple of weeks ago. She emailed it to me, then I had to print it off, get hubby, and myself do the adjustment on it, take a photo, and email it back to her.

The time was getting on, and my neighbor knocked on the door, and as I don’t see her that often, I chatted for a few minutes. Came in, and hubby wasn’t feeling good, so I spent time sorting him out. It was now too late to go to my Zumba class. The closer gym had Body Pump, with an instructor I hadn’t had before, and she was very good. I did miss the first part, but completed the rest of the class. I wouldn’t do Body Pump on a day that I have boxing with my trainer, so what a day for arms, and shoulders.

I came home before boxing, and had a protein meal bar, and took water with me to Load more Plate. My knee was in a brace, because it swells up from time to time. My lower movement was limited, but I can kill the uppercut, and hook. It was a fantastic workout.

Yesterday I was supposed to see my girlfriend for an hour’s walk, but she had a Zoom meeting, so we met up after boxing. I am now home, and will be getting dinner shortly.

So my easy Friday, going to one gym, and boxing, ended up to be non-stop. A lazy evening is planned.

  1. An attention-grabbing discussion is worth comment. I think that it is best to write extra on this matter, it won’t be a taboo topic however usually people are not enough to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers

  2. I have been writing online since the 1990’s, and here for 4 and a half years. Regular followers know of my husband’s age, 87, and his 5 chronic illnesses. I am his 24/7 caregiver.
