Most Saturdays and Sundays I get to see the majority of Premier League Football matches. However, today it just didn’t happen. I put the television on at 8 a.m., and the Wolves match against Aston Villa was playing. I was taking a shower, etc., and just listening to the second half. I felt bad for Wolves as Aston Villa got a penalty in added time. Wolves had more shots, and on goal too, so I had figured a Wolves win, or minimum a draw. They didn’t deserve to loose 1 – 0.
Hubby had another fall this morning, and landed on his back. This is why I keep carpet in most of the house. It took awhile to get him up, with the help of a walker, that he never uses. I had to clean up where his cereal went over the coffee table, and on the carpet. The Newcastle – West Brom match started at 10. I was planning on leaving just after, but it ended up being 10.15, and I just got to Zumba with Colleen as it was about to start. I didn’t see any of that match, because I went to Aldi to do a big shop afterwards. The result was a 2 – 1 win to Newcastle.
I phoned hubby when leaving Aldi around 12.30 to make sure he had the right channel for the Manchester Derby. I thought City would win, and the score 3 – 2, as both teams score loads of goals. By the time I had unloaded 11 bags of groceries I checked the television, and no one had scored. I scan my shopping before putting it away, and get gift cards for doing so. It took me forever to do this, and then find enough space for all the food. I managed to sit down for the last few minutes of the boring 0 – 0 draw.
It’s now almost 3 p.m. and I am finally sitting down, and plan on watching the Everton – Chelsea match. If Chelsea win, they will be back on top of the Premier League overnight. Here’s hoping.
Everton just got a penalty, and are up 1 – 0.
sorry about his fall I hope he did not bruise it. he did not

I almost give up. I used to be a club dancer and was in perfect shape until 59 years old now I’m fat and not in shape after my back surgery. Will an indoor bike help?π

Any kind of exercise will help. Try and do the bike 1 day, and strength the next. Start off with cans in each hand raising then up and down.
