Working out this morning.

First workout today was Zumba class with Paola.

Then it was lifting weights, flipping the ropes, and something new. I watched a trainer, with a guy that does Body Pump with us, and boxing. He had a band around a pole, and had the guy in the boxing stance, and alternate punches.

I asked if I could take a 10 second video to see where the band was placed. He told me to go ahead.

I then did 50 punches in my stance, and 50 south paw. I did it a second time.

Next it was flipping the ropes, and finally a cool down. 2 great hours at the gym.
