Today I did Body Pump at the gym, followed by me continuing on doing some of the lifting afterwards. By the time hubby came out of Silver Sneakers, I was really to tackle a full plate of Roby Tuesday garden salad bar.
This is how my plate gets layered: spinach, grape tomatoes, beetroot, red onion, chick peas, artichokes, then a little salad dressing. Topped off with loads of diced ham, egg, white cheese, regular cheese, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle a few dried cranberries, and that’s it.
Sometimes I go back for grapes, and canned peaches, but not today. My salad bar added to a dinner was $4.99, so I have a full meal for tomorrow. Also the meals were B.O.G.O.F., and as hubby and I have the same, the amount he brought home coupled with my full meal, will feed us tomorrow. Fantastic value at $20 (4 meals we get out of it).
Service wasn’t good today, as our guy was doing the bar, phone orders, and take outs. We barely saw him. That won’t put us off, as the other servers were totally on the ball.
