My exercise for the day is complete.

In between the Newcastle 1 – Leicester City 2 football match, and the Chelsea Manchester City one I did my 4 minute Belly Fat Destroyer workout. After Chelsea were down 3 goals in their match, I went into the bedroom, and did the Australian Body combat Invincible workout. The sweat was dripping off of me, with the effort I put into it.

I watched the last few minutes of the Premier League football match, and saw Chelsea score their only goal. Very disappointing.

I freshened up, and drove us to IHOP for their 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. $5 specials. We had the sausage and cheese omelette, with 3 pancakes. I only ate the omelette as it was big. Hubby managed his and a couple of pancakes. The rest of the pancakes were boxed up.

We stopped off at the gym, which is at the next traffic lights. As I had done lots of boxing in the Body Combat class, I decided to do 7 of the arm machines. This equated out to over 2 hours of exercise today, with my earlier ones included. I used up around 800 calories, so feel that I am on the right track again.

A Greek yogurt for tonight, and possibly a couple of chocolate truffles, as I have been such a good girl.
