I managed to get some short workouts last night. I got in a bunch of squats, dips on my chair, walking, and running on the spot.
Today it is my CxWORKx class, which I am looking forward to. Even though I have a hard knee brace on my right knee, I can still feel the pressure on it. So this is what I bought. They are to kneel on for Yoga, but as I stretch at home, I am going to use these a lot. I will also use them in Body Pump as we do a lot of pushups, and kneeling.
I will let you know how good they work.
