If you had fitness/health etc., for your New Year resolutions/goals here’s a little help.

It can be hard to get to the gym, or it may be closed due to Covid, but don’t give up. There are so many simple exercises you can do while at home.

Dips are really easy, and great. During the commercials of your television program, get to the end of your chair, and drop your bottom down, and return. Walking around the house, do lunges, making sure your body stays upright. Need to go to the toilet, stand up, and sit down without using your hands for 20 times. Have a step, or stairs in your home, up, and down you go throughout the day. Use cans from the cupboard as weights. Put music on, and dance.

There is no reason why you can’t do 10 lots of 1 – 5 minute workouts every day. Your body will love you for it.
