Yesterday after Body Pump, I did some of my CxWORKs exercises with the resistance band. Afterwards for cooling down I usually bounce on the upside down Bosu ball. I had the band with me so I put in around my legs, locking it in, and then balancing, with bouncing with the added pull on the thighs.
I am not sure how well you can see it as I had to do a self aiming at my legs, and feet. Hopefully you can see my latest workout creation.
Was that hard to balance?

I started years ago with the Bosu ball next to a ledge, and held on, until my balance improved.

It took me months to step in the center, bring my other foot up, and gradually move each to a side. Now I bounce like crazy, do boxing on it, squats, bend from the waist, and touch the floor either side, at the same time.
