Resistance bands for adding more to your workout.

Yesterday after Body Pump, I did some of my CxWORKs exercises with the resistance band. Afterwards for cooling down I usually bounce on the upside down Bosu ball. I had the band with me so I put in around my legs, locking it in, and then balancing, with bouncing with the added pull on the thighs.

I am not sure how well you can see it as I had to do a self aiming at my legs, and feet. Hopefully you can see my latest workout creation.


  1. It took me months to step in the center, bring my other foot up, and gradually move each to a side. Now I bounce like crazy, do boxing on it, squats, bend from the waist, and touch the floor either side, at the same time.
