Les Mills class that I found on YouTube. This is not the same one that I do, but has many of the same workouts in it. If you don’t like your tummy, or want to get toned up, this will certainly help with core, and a whole lot more. Balance too, if a big part of it. All you need at home, is a mat, or if you are on carpet you don’t even need it, a resistance band, and a light weight. It can be a plate, or a hand weight.
