Cauliflower, cheese, and tomato with Polish sausage.

I found an enormous cauliflower in Aldi, hence our dinner tonight.

I cut up the cauliflower, and added it to boiling water. Then made a roux sauce, adding in extra sharp Cheddar cheese. After straining the cauliflower I poured the sauce over it, and put it under the grill.

During this time, I lightly cooked the sausage to brown it.

We have enough left for another day.


  1. Looks delicious Susie! If you guys eat pasta…..I like to throw in a bunch of cut up cauliflower three minutes before the pasta is finished. Then drain with the pasta and add the sauce! So yummy!πŸ’ž
