Sunday was my boxing morning. Monday was a Zumba class. Tuesday I did core, with CxWORKx. Wednesday was lifting in my Body Pump class, and today Body Combat, which is s combination of boxing and martial arts.
Of course I have done other exercise as well, but am always pleased with my combination of classes.
Tomorrow I have Zumba, followed by boxing with my trainer. Saturday I have another Zumba class, as dancing has always been a big part of my life.
I am so thankful that I have health, and fitness in my life.
