I spend a lot of time in the huge back room of our gym. This is where I do boxing, and use the hex bar. They have now added the bars we use in Body Pump, and also the smaller weights. This is great for me. I only do Body Pump once a week, but next week when I start doing lifting again, I can start really light with these.
Tomorrow will be a week of resting my left shoulder, so Sunday is the day I will gradually start working it again.
