Where does the time go?

I try and sleep when hubby sleeps, so today didn’t get up until 9 a.m. He got up at 9.15. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to go to the Zumba class, as it takes at least, if not more than an hour to do everything before I leave the house.

I did managed to get my 30 minutes boxing with my trainer, and stop off at the produce store close by. I bought another 3 punnets of strawberries, and vine ripe tomatoes.

Hubby wasn’t dressed when I got back, so quickly got that done, the bed made, and the dishes washed up before the P.T. guys arrived. I asked what else I could do with hubby as this was his last visit. He made suggestions, and then at the end of his visit said that I could phone him anytime, if we needed advise, and he will probably pop in, in a couple of weeks to see how he is progressing. I thought that was amazing, as he won’t get paid for that. I wish everyone went the extra mile.

I then got hubby his lunch, and after he had eaten it, I said that I was putting his prescription in to Walgreens, doing a little shopping, and then pick it up. Unfortunately the doctor hadn’t put down the amount per week (it’s a liquid) so they couldn’t fill it until after phoning the office. I said that he had had it before, but they said that he might have changed the dose. So I did my food shopping, and will have to go out again, once it is ready.

It’s now 3.30 p.m., and this is the first time I have opened up my laptop, and been on WordPress. As you can see my time is so limited now, in anything I do.

  1. Being a full time care taker is not easy and is busier and harder than a full time job I think! You are so inspiring, and you are an amazing woman. I hope you are able to get a little time for you squished in there somewhere! HUGS!! ❤️
