This morning we had another nurse from Hospice, such a lovely young lady. She checked hubby’s vitals, looked at his wounds, and ordered some thickener for his drinks. He is chocking a lot lately.
She arranged for an aide for Tuesdays and Thursdays to come and take care of his personal needs.
Just after she left, there was a ring at the door, and there was a gentleman with the bed grips for the bed. He put them in place, and locked them down. I tested our adjustable bed, and they work well. They are not to prevent a fall, but he will have to hold them as they are his side, and will support his weight when getting out of bed.
I am so very happy.
Sending love and prayers πππ»
