I woke up at 8.45, and hubby at 9.15. The sleeping medication must be helping hubby, and with the bed grips his side, he is not getting up during the night.
Today I feel a different woman, motivated and in control again. Lack of sleep can do a number on you

I think one of the hardest things about being a care giver is the lack of sleep. Happy to hear things are working out better
