Body Flow was what l needed.

I spoke to the instructor, and told her about yesterday, and she said to only do what I felt comfortable with.

It was stretching for the most part, but there was a section where you bent over, touching your toes. This would be one of my favorite things to do, but I just went down into a squat, and also had a water break.

I loved the end when we had around 10 minutes of meditation. We concentrated on our breathing, and our bodies, and that is exactly what I needed.

I am feeling good now, and Yes Len did it again for me. I couldn’t find the important papers that my financial advisor and I have been working on. Been looking for 2 days. I asked Len, and the Lord for help, and found them. I am truly blessed.
