The one thing I have wanted to keep up is my weekly boxing with my trainer. He realizes that I have less energy, and that my left shoulder is a problem. He is working my sessions around it.
I am doing more leg work, and when going forward, and backwards I am jabbing as a southpaw. I was planning on doing Zumba first, but feel that will be overdoing it. I may do a YouTube Zumba later today.
