Packing to go home.

This time last week I had the weight of the world on my shoulders. I was still ploughing through all the paperwork pertaining to Len’s death. Every time I walked into the house it was waiting for me.

I didn’t get to all of it before I left, but I can tell you a week at the beach has so uplifted my spirits. I am hoping upon my return that the way I am feeling now will continue. I need to pace myself, and enjoy being outside. I plan on spending time relaxing on the patio, a walk in the local park, or the beautiful amenities we have downtown.

Yes, my life of taking care of Len, and never having time for me is past, and now I have the time to slow down the pace of life.
