This is the most difficult, fast paced class of the week. It is the most important one too, as my stomach needs to be tightened again. I probably had a 4 pack, and now it’s a 2 pack, so certainly needs work.
The transitions between mat, and standing are so fast, than my right knee, and left hip hold me up, so I miss the first part of each set. I did video myself once before, but it didn’t come out well. I think I will try again today, so that I can do it 3 times a week. All the rest of my body is great, and I haven’t lost muscle, or strength (apart from the injury to my left shoulder}. Hopefully that will get sorted out when I see the doctor this month.
So looking forward to it.
