Did Zumba, and boxing with my trainer.

I had a great morning working out. First off it was the 45 minute Zumba class with Michelle, and I always put in a lot of energy.

Then immediately to my trainer, at Load More Plate. I was already warmed up, so it was one of the best workouts in months. I still struggle with my left shoulder, but he works around it.

Just come home for a protein shake, and will be heading out for a walk. A very productive day so far.
