I had been very limited to working out, as Len’s health declined. Years ago I averaged 2 to 3 hours a day, and had a great body. However, it got to be hard to even manage 30 minutes at the gym towards the end.
So today with 45 minutes Zumba, 30 minutes fast, and hard boxing with Patrick my trainer, and then an hour and 15 minutes walking with my BFF. We did over 7,000 steps. So for the first time in such a long time I was able to do 2 and a half hours of exercise, and the great thing was, I worked out every part of my body. Really delighted.
