I had a good night’s sleep, and didn’t get up until 8.30 this morning. By the time I had showered, tidied myself up, had coffee, and breakfast, it was already 10.20. The Friday Zumba class I attend is always streamed on Zoom. I set it up, and was able to moderate the class, so that I got a little exercise, and stretching.
I did 1,000 less steps, because I didn’t make it high intensity, but pleased that I did a very slow dance routine.
I really appreciate that Michelle does this for us.
