I bought a very basic hand mixer, probably twenty years ago, and it is still going strong. When I saw this mixer with the whisk for whipping up eggs, I knew that was exactly what I wanted.
Since Len’s passing, I do scrambled eggs at least twice a week. I either have a deli meat to go with it, or thin sliced smoked salmon. By whipping the eggs really well with a tablespoon of milk, and then whipping them while cooking, they are the lightest, fluffiest scrambled eggs.
I do not eat scrambled eggs at restaurants, because most do them on the grill, and they are like a dried up omelette.
I love that I am upgrading items in the house, and donating the older ones to charities.
