Doing the thing I hate most.

After Len’s passing I would be occupied with hours at the gym. It would be boxing, lifting, and all the classes I enjoy.

That was a dream. All I am allowed to do is Zumba (3 times a week) and the treadmill the other days. Oh how I hate it.

I know it won’t be forever, but during the early stage of grieving it’s horrible that the thing I love to do has been taken away from me.


  1. Praying for quick healing! It will pay off in the end to make sure you get everything fixed up so you can be 100% again. But I totally understand the long wait can be excruciatingly long. Hang in there sweet Susie! 💜
