I like it, because they pick up your items. However, they ask you to put it out the night before, as you are not given a time.
Well, it rained really hard, and I wasn’t home, so now the boxes will collapse when they are picked up. Nothing I can do about it. I just wish they could give us a.m. or p.m. because when it rains in the night, I am not aware of it.
This is another reason why I hate Amazon leaving items on the front door mat, and not by my back door.

I don’t like that they don’t knock on the door or ring the bell to let you know your package has arrived. It wouldn’t take anytime at all to do that one little thing.

That is frustrating. I hate even I’m home and busy though and they just leave it without no knock. I actually had one delivery guy knock once.
