is what came on when I put the television on this morning. My Dad passed at 95 in 2,011, and Len passed on the 31st March. So this really hit me this morning.
My daughter would send him a card from her, and the family, with a small gift. Len’s daughter would send him a Marine’s shirt, as her son, his grandson is in the Marine’s and he was so proud of him. Also having been in the R.A.F. for 22 years he was a very proud serviceman.

This is the first Father’s day without him, and it is going to be hard, with it coming up on television, and in my emails from restaurants. Brave face on, and do the best I can. Yes, I do have 2 football matches today, but they are both on at the same time. That’s a shame as I have been watching 3 Euro Cup ones every day.
Hugs to you, Susie! Do something special for yourself today.
