If it’s going to take anywhere from a month to a year to get my left shoulder moving as it should, and I can only do Zumba/dance, and the treadmill, I will be screaming at the bloody machine. Yes, that’s a mild swear word in England, and it’s exactly how I feel.
On days I do the treadmill I manage about 30 minutes, before I get really frustrated. I can’t use the incline as it pulls on my shoulder so that’s out too. I come home and put Pandora on, dance, and sing at the top of my voice. It seems to help me, as I feel I am doing something I want to do.
I even went to the gym today for Zumba, and found out it was the wrong day, so here I am…….
Tomorrow is P.T. again, which are exercises I could already do, and don’t seem to be helping. Then Thursday my G.P., and Friday P.T. again.
