As of today, when I go to the gym as well as walking, and Zumba, I am starting back up with core, and more lower body. I will have my sling on, so no pressure on my shoulder.
I will get the big exercise ball, sit on the edge, and do crunches, do squats without putting my arms in front of me, and using the band that goes just above the knees going from side to side. That’s some of the exercises I plan on doing so that the weight doesn’t pile on.
I have put on 6 lbs., which isn’t much, but if I don’t do a little more then it will continue to go up. I now am focusing on my body, and not what I can’t do.
