I will put a link to yesterday’s post about how I couldn’t drink my bottle of Fre Brut non alcoholic champagne.
I put the bottle, with the part of the corkscrew in the cork, the corkscrew, and the knife that had chips out of it into my Publix bag, and drove to the store.
I went to Customer Service and asked to speak to a Manager. There was one in this area, on the phone, so I was happy to wait, and speak to her. I only had to show her yesterday’s photos, and she immediately took my bag with everything in it.

She came back with the best match she could fine for the knife. Mine had a lifetime guarantee, so I knew the knife wouldn’t be a quality one, but that was fine. She also had a corkscrew for me. As far as the Brut was concerned she asked if I wanted another one, and I said ‘No’, as I wouldn’t want to go through the ordeal I had yesterday. She gave me a gift card for the value of the Brut, with no questions asked.
I can honestly say that Publix went beyond my expectations, and they certainly stand behind their products.
I was looking forward to drinking a whole bottle of Brut. – susiesopinions
