I went to the gym this morning, and did ab crunches on the ball to help with my balance, and then on the machine where you are upside down with your legs hooked in place. Neither of these I have to worry about my left shoulder. I then did 40 minutes on the treadmill, and ran a couple of times. I got my heartrate up to 186, so I know my metabolism is working. I have put half a stone, (7 lbs.) on, and all around my middle so will also be doing squats here, at home.
I popped into Panera Bread for my unlimited coffee, that only costs $8.99 for a month. I get a regular large coffee there, and bring a decaf home for tonight. So here I am, I have my bottle of Asti Spumante, and just eaten my main meal, so won’t need to snack. I wish that there was an English pub around, so that I could celebrate with others, unfortunately not. I will certainly miss Len yelling at the ref every few minutes, and if we win, someone to celebrate with. 5 minutes to go to the pre match.
