My left shoulder is slightly improving.

It ten days of doing the stretching exercises that my orthopedic specialist gave me to do. I have been doing them every day, and these ones are targeted for the area of concern, and not generic ones that I was doing with the physical therapist.

I have 5 to do, and I either do them several times, or hold them in the position for 30 seconds. The stretch I can feel in different parts of the shoulder.

It may only be an inch, but it’s working, and I was told it will be a long, drawn out road to recovery. There is no guarantee that it will be back to normal, but there is hope?
