I have had a week of ups and downs. The first being my foot that has been out of action most of the week, the second seeing the Hospice Counselor and my emotion in turmoil, and then being told that the blurred eyesight is due to cataracts.
I am a strong woman so I have to pick myself up, dust myself down, and start all over again, as the saying goes.
Today will be Zumba class, and crunches at the gym, and the my shoulder exercises at home, and squats.
Enjoy getting back in the gym but don’t overdo it

Get those cataracts fixed! It is so easy. Fix the things you can and let the rest go. This grief journey is tough and some days are hard. Just keep on.

Cataracts are common in Florida, but the good news is that they’re also an easy fix.
I’ve been away from WordPress for quite some time now and am now coming back to find that your hubby has passed. I’m so sorry for your loss, Susie. I pray God gives you peace and comfort in your heart and life during this time of grief. And that He blesses you with His presence and joy unspeakable as you turn to Him more and more. Blessings to you. ❤

I pray, and talk to Len as life can be lonely. Len kept falling towards the end, and pulled my arm causing tears in my rotator cuff so working with a sports orthopedic specialist/Surgeon. Hopefully therapy will work.

Also if the PT doesn’t work it could be pins in my rotator cuff 😧

I can only imagine. You were together for so long and it can’t be easy. I hope the Ortho Spec can set all that right for you. I’ll be, and have been, praying for you. Blessings to you.
