I was going to do my shoulder exercises, but no yellow resistance band in the gym, apart from the class that had to be Yoga, and you do not enter it. Plus I can do them at home, so off I went to the abs/core room. No one was in it, so I thoroughly cleaned the machine, put the Queen station on Pandora, and this time I did 100 crunches, then a minute water break. The 1,200 came easy, and as I don’t put any pressure on my shoulder, I was really proud of myself.
From there I went for coffee, as it breaks my day up. Next Sunday it will be different with the Premier League starting. I can’t wait.
This ‘normal’ routine shared by you brought a smile to my face. You’re gonna get through all this, Susie!
