but it most certainly helps.
The weekends have been the worst time for me. Because as soon as the season finished I didn’t have several hours of Premier League football to watch. Apart from dancing, and walking at the beach, it is a huge part of my life.
I am still so limited at the gym, although I can raise my shoulder a little more before it gets painful, so know it will be a very long job, and there is no guarantee that I will get my full range back.
So now it is waiting for Saturday to get my next fix. I do check out European matches, F.A. Cup, League Cup, and any qualifiers during the week.
I really don’t watch any television apart from the news for around 30 minutes, and then always have Britbox on, so I get the comfort of feeling like I am with family.
I almost want the year to be over, and hopefully by then, I may not cry so much.
I’m so very sorry.

I understand. Getting used to this new life is really hard. The simplest things make me tear up but tears are good.

Football’s a great anesthetic. Nothing comes close to the euphoria of the Premiership game and as long as you’re not an Arsenal supporter it’ll be great to see the season in full swing again. I’m so glad you can find these things to help you – time may be a great healer but it isn’t exactly the quickest road to relief. Best wishes!
