I just plan appointments at the wrong time. Today I have my massage at 2.45 p.m. the same time as the kick off of the England football match. I will make sure that I don’t check my notifications, and wait until it is over. Then I will watch the whole match on Peacock.
It will kill me not to see the score when I leave after my massage, but I want the full excitement of the match.

I can relate. My wife and I made some Saturday plans, then we realized we had scheduled during Ohio State’s football game.

My Premier League matches are every weekend. Usually 5 or 6 matches. With Peacock I can watch them later, so I try not to check my notifications.
