Made a post at 10.15., and it’s not here.

I was waiting for my Zumba Class, and delighted that I had managed 3 different classes this week. The core helped me stretch my left shoulder, the Body Sculpture against helped with stretching, and I loved the meditation at the end. Then of course I did Zumba, with Michelle.

Pleased with the gym workouts, coupled with the stretches, exercise, and dancing I do at home.
