Last week it was only 20 minutes, the bar without weight, and hand weights. Today I started with the bar, and then the second set I put the lightest weights on. I am delighted to say that I was able to complete 2 sets with the bar including weights.
I then went onto hand weights, and the last set that were lunges, I had to drop the weights, and just do the lunges. I am really delighted that I managed all but ten minutes of the class.
Now I feel more confident about boxing, and Body Combat.
