Boxing, Body Pump, and Body Combat.

Everything is starting to come together. Last week I attempted to do a few minutes of all of the above.

This week I did the evening classes, part of the body pump, and body combat. Yesterday I did the full Zumba class, and the warmup of body pump. Today I managed 22 minutes of boxing with my trainer, most of it with my gloves on. I was just tapping with my left arm, but doing my killer punches with the right. My trainer was really impressed, and knew that I would be way ahead of my Sport Orthopedic Specialist’s projection. From there I did 30 minutes of body pump, and even had the smallest weights on the bar.

I am really delighted in what I have achieved this week. Way, way, beyond my expectations.
