Yes, I am coming through the other side of the deep grief I felt, in the early months. I am very happy, and content being on my own, and I do love myself, and just being me.

Yes well done. We do have a life after losing our partners, a different life, but we are individuals in our own right. I can’t imagine getting married again, I am fine on my own.
