I am enjoying cooking for myself. I don’t have timeframes anymore, as we always had to eat every 4 hours, because of Len’s diabetes. He wouldn’t eat salmon, and every meal had to have potatoes/pasta or bread. I love salads, and vegetables, so by eating healthy meals, I can enjoy a small dessert, or one or two squares of dark chocolate.
I always look forward to a tiny sweet treat.
Delicious! Once in a great while, I manage a taste of dark chocolate. The higher percentage of dark means fewer carbs for me.

I always have four squares of dark chocolate after dinner, Susie… This is my ‘treat’, and I really enjoy it.
According to all reports ‘two’ squares are enough. However, I like twice that much… hahahhhh
