I had been working my Patrick, my trainer, when a lovely young lady showed up. She inadvertently come at 9.30 instead of 9 a.m. Not a problem, as I did moves with Patrick, and then she did it, and I am sorry but my big mouth had to open, and I was giving her suggestions. Sorry Patrick.

Then the last few minutes we got to box against one another. This was just charming. Also I wanted to start to work with pads, so that if I am training I got to hold them. I thought it was great being on the other end of the punch.
