Monday Body Pump, Tuesday Core Wednesday Body Pump, and 9 a.m. this morning boxing with my trainer.

I am really happy with my workouts this week, and am planning on doing a minimum of 1,000 crunches, after my protein bar with coffee at Panera Bread.

My strength is finally starting to come back.
