Did Australian Body Combat at home this morning.

I was waiting on a phone call, so wasn’t able to get to the gym this morning. As my shoulder has been doing so good I thought it was time for Body Combat. I am pleased that I did it at home, as I wasn’t sure how much I could do, and whether I could keep up with the instructor.

I did the whole class, going a little lighter on the left jab/hook/punch, and a little lower than the other arm.

I am so much happier now that I can do all my favorite workouts. The only 2 things I haven’t tried yet are the TRX exercises, as I don’t want to pull on the shoulder, and lifting the hex bar.

I have the biggest smile on my face.
