Yesterday was cold, and windy, so I did my workouts at home. That is bad for me, as I only popped out late afternoon to pick up a prescription. Last night I changed my clock, and as I go to bed between 11 and midnight, I went to bed at 11.30 that was changed back to 10.30. I did feel 100%, had an upset stomach, and felt a little nauseous, due to not being in contact with anyone.
This morning I woke up at 7.45 my normal time, even though I had had an extra hours sleep. That has never happened in all the years I can remember. I am really pleased as I felt better. Now to change the rest of the clocks.

I’m glad you’re feeling better. I like waking up and knowing I get an extra hour in the day.

Wonderful Susie! I woke up earlier than normal because I forgot in my eagerness to jumpstart my morning . . . the time had already fallen back.
